Tri-layer Hood

Tri-layer Hoods are designed to help protect the wearer’s head up from shoulders from moderate fluid contacts and may also help reduce the contamination of the working environment.

APPROVALS

Fulfils essential requirements and the related rules of the European Economic Commission 93/42/EEC Medical Devices Directive (MDD) and 2007/47/EC. Class of the device: 1. The manufacturing site has ISO 13485 certified quality system.

• For use in healthcare settings where expected risk of exposure ta fluid is between low and moderate.
• Ilntended to protect from fluid or microbial transmission in healthcare settings.

Each product is individually folded and packaged.

Each box containes required amount of packaged products

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

• Store in dry, clean conditions in original packaging, away from direct sunlight, sources of high temperature, and solvent vapours
• Expected shelf life is three years from the date of manufacture when stored as stated
• Replace garment if damaged, heavily contaminated or in accordance with local work practice or regulations
• Handle and dispose of contaminated garments with care in accordance with applicable local regulations
